Chicana Esthetics is based in Spokane, WA & specializes in treating Multicultural Skin by providing custom treatments & programs to people of color. 🔔PLEASE READ POLICIES BEFORE SCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT:🔔 ‼️Late Arrival Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, causing clients to be tardy for their scheduled appointments. To maintain the efficiency and quality of our services, we have implemented a Late Arrival Policy. Clients arriving 10-15 minutes past their scheduled appointment will be required to reschedule. Additionally, a late fee equivalent to 75% of the service cost will be applied. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a smooth and timely experience for all our clients. Thank you for your attention to this matter. ‼️No-Show Policy: In order to provide the best service to all our clients and manage appointment availability, we have instituted a No-Show Policy. Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointments without prior notice will be immediately banned from scheduling future appointments. To lift the ban, the client must prepay a deposit equivalent to 75% of the service cost for any future bookings. We appreciate your cooperation in respecting our time and the time of fellow clients. Thank you for your understanding and adherence to this policy. ‼️Photo Consent Policy: To maintain accurate records of client skin progress and for legal protection, we require clients to agree to before and after photos during their skincare sessions. These photos will be used solely for internal purposes and will not be shared without explicit consent. Clients who do not agree to photo documentation will, unfortunately, forfeit their appointment immediately. A fee equivalent to 75% of the service cost will be applicable in such cases. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. Thank you for entrusting us with your skincare needs. ‼️Illness Rescheduling Policy: In consideration of the health and well-being of our clients and staff, we kindly request that individuals who are feeling unwell reschedule their appointments. This precautionary measure aims to prevent the potential spread of illness within our facility. Clients unable to attend their appointments due to illness must reschedule within the designated timeframe outlined in our Late Cancellation Policy. Failure to do so will result in a fee equivalent to 75% of the service cost to compensate for the reserved time and resources.
